Dream Bat Company has been operating since 2004.  Their entire process from start to finish is done entirely by hand.  They sell their bats online, with service reps, and in select stores in the New England area.

Dream Bats Return Policy

Dream bats does not allow returns and does not replace wood bats.  A BBCOR bat will be replaced if it has a defect and is relayed to the company within a year from purchase.
